01/23/2013 - The online payment processor was experiencing technical issues. Our vendor helped correct the problem. This was affecting alloptions to use online payment through CampusWEB. Problem corrected 1/23/13 3:30pm
*01/09/2013 - Some courses in the Canvas LMS are experiencing an issue where discussion posts may not be visible to all users. The Canvas team is aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.
12/11/2012 - 12:00PM Due to limited CAMPUS licences CampusWEB will be unavailable intermittently until a license frees up. It is a busy day with students checking grades and other transactions. This could continue for most of the early afternoon.
10-30-2012 - 10:00AM Due to a power outage on the main campus, Blackboard was unavailable for approx. 30 minutes.
10-22-2012 - 3:35PM Most affected users should be able to log in now; Canvas is still resolving connectivity issues for the remaining users. Some users may experience difficulty posting or viewing media.
10-22-2012 - 2:15PM Some users are experiencing issues logging into Canvas currently. The Canvas Operations team is actively working on the problem.
10-15-2012 - 11:50AM Blackboard experienced slow services and had to be restarted. Downtime was approximately 20 minutes.
10-05-2012 - 10:39PM Blackboard has experienced slow services and is currently down. The server will be restarted shortly and the site updated when services are restored. Downtime was approx. 20 minutes.
09-25-2012 - 8:50AM Blackboard is down for server backup. Services should be restored shortly. Downtime was approx 15 minutes
09-15-2012 - 1:15PM Blackboard became sluggish. The server was restarted to regain functionality. Downtime was approx. 10 minutes.
09-11-2012- 4:15PM Blackboard became sluggish. The server was restarted to regain functionality. Downtime was approx. 30 minutes.

|9/12/2011||Wimba 4.2.5||Some users who have installed Mac OS X 10.7 "Lion" has reported compatibility issues with Wimba. The issue appears to be that Lion does not include Java which is a requirement for Wimba. Installing Java should resolve the issue. There is also an issue with screen sharing with Lion but only for Instructors. See article for more information and solutions.||KB Article|
